<p>A wind rotor member (10) comprises a central hub portion (14, 15) by which it may be mounted for rotary movement around a substantially horizontal axis, and a number of rotor blades (16) which are secured to said hub portion (14, 15) in stationary positions relatively thereto and which extend in generally radial outward directions from the hub portion.
