PURPOSE:To provide easy operation, simple mechanism and secure lock by incorporating an operating plate and a return spring in a base formed with an internal gear to introduce to the outside an operating member of the operaing plate along an arm provided with a restricting member. CONSTITUTION:An arm 13 is mounted on a base 1 to be pivotable about a pivot pin 2. The base 1 is formed on a portion of the inner peripheral edge with a circular hole 6 provided with an internal gear 7, and to the arm 3 pivot pin 2 is fixed a guide member 8 having guide surfaces 8a and sandwiching the pivot pin 2. Restricting members 11, 12 having an external gear 13 and an engaging pin 14 are provided movably. Between the restricting members 11, 12 is provided a cam member 22 of an operating plate 15 pivoted about the pivot pin 2 and having a pair of slots 16, and into the slots 16 are inserted engaging pins 14 of the restricting members 11, 12 to mount an end 21a of an operating member 21 on the operating plate 15 and conduct the other end 21b to the outside along the arm 3. |
