PURPOSE:To collate visually two types of seal prints by retrieving and extracting seal print data which are registered and stored, by displaying them a display scope to which a transparent skid-prevention sheet is applied, in an actual size, and moving vertically some part of a voucher where a collated seal print is stamped to compare. CONSTITUTION:When an operator inputs the account number through a keyboard 7, a control circuit 9 retrieves and extracts registered seal print data in a seal file 1a in correspondence to the specified account number, and displays them in an actual size on a black/white CTR6. An operator collates a voucher, where a seal print is foled at a half collated seal print, with the registered seal print on a display screen of the black/white CRT6, pushes the voucher, and moves one end vertically. Then an operator checks how both seal prints are overlapped, utilizing a visual afterimage so as to collate. Since a transparent skid-prevention sheet is applied to the surface of a display scope of the black/white CTR6, a voucher will not slip when an operator pushes it so as to collate, and operability is substantially enhanced. |
