PURPOSE:To display necessary picture information by the minimum amount of data and to save the capacity of a memory device by reading stamp and address/name columns of a seal slip at a different density level by different image pickup means and storing them in a file memory device. CONSTITUTION:when an object changeover switch of a keyboard 8 and a mode changeover switch are switches to the seal side and the registration side, respectively, a high-density image pickup device 9 reads only a picture in a stamp column of a seal slip at a high density level. The readout picture is stored in a readout data memory circuit 14, and displayed on a CRT7. After an operator confirms that a display of the seal print is correct, she inputs the account number, which is stored in a memory circuit 15 and displayed on the CRT7. When an operator depresses a confirmation switch, seal print data is stored in a seal file 4 in correspondence to the account number. When the object changeover switch is switched to the address/name side, a low-sensity image pickup device 10 reads out parts except a stamp column of a seal slip at a low-density level. Said parts are stored in the readout data memory circuit 14, displayed on the CRT7 and stored in an address/name file when the confirmation switch is depressed. |
