INSULTATION TESTING METHOD OF STATOR WINDING FOR MOTOR

PURPOSE:To perform the insulation test of a stator winding efficiently in a short time by closely contacting a conductive sheet with the winding and performing the test between the sheet and the lead wirings of the winding. CONSTITUTION:A stator of a part to be tested is inserted into upper and lower jigs 1 and 2 provided with a conductive sheet 3 on the inner surfaces. The stator is composed of a stator core 10 and a stator winding 11. Air in the sheet 3 is evacuated from an air intake port 4 in this state to contact the sheet 3 with the surface of the winding. Then, an insulation test is performed between the lead wirings 12 of the winding 11 and an electrode 6 for connecting the sheet 3.
