PURPOSE:To largely improve the responsiveness by deciding a deceleration timing of slow-down by the detection of position deviation and speed. CONSTITUTION:A deceleration timing is decided by a deviation detector 15 and a speed detector 13. This timing must satisfy two conditions. One is the speed of throwing range, and if it is the speed of self-starting range, it can stop without stepout, and the slow-down drive is not necessary. Thus, this speed is detected by the detector 13. The other is that the position of a step motor 5 is disposed within the prescribed value from the instructed position. Therefore, this position deviation is detected by a deviation detector 15. When these conditions are satisfied, a transistor Tr is turned ON, a discharge starts from a capacitor C through a resistor R2, the input voltage of a converter 12 decreases, and a step motor 5 starts slowing down drive in response to the decrease. |
