PURPOSE:To bring four posts into regular positional relation with high accuracy by jointing a beam to the post at the final referential position brought through independent supporting mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The upper/lower ends of post 1 are supported on the chuck section of post supporting mechanism 30 while the intermediate section of beam 2 is supported at two points on the chuck section of beam supporting mechanism 40 to rotate a rotary supporter 20 thus to support the end section on a movable table 24. Then the chuck section of beam supporting mechanism 40 is travelled along a rail to move the beam 2 thus to insert the end section into the leading edge section of coupling 10 secured to the post 10. Thereafter, the post supporting mechanism 30 is travelled along the rail to insert the post 1 deeply into the coupling 10 while at the sametime, the end sections of ceiling frame 6, ceiling beam 4 of floor frame 9 and the end section of floor beam 7 are inserted into the leading edge section of coupling 10. Then four posts 1 are brought to the preset final referential position to spot weld the beams 2, 4, 7 to the coupling 10. Consequently, they can be held at highly accurate positional relation through single positional control of post. |
