The invention relates to a friction clutch with a diaphragm spring pivotably mounted between two supports on a cover. To support the support in the form of a wire ring provided on that side of the diaphragm spring which faces away from the cover, holding means punched out of the material of the cover and folded over into a plane extending approximately radially and perpendicularly to the plane of rotation of the friction clutch are provided. The holding means can here be subject to the action of a prestressing force acting in the direction of the cover. |
