<p>Purine derivatives represented by general formula (I), and medicinally acceptable salts thereof, wherein R represents hydrogen, alkyl or phenyl optionally having at least one of halogen, lower alkyl and lower alkoxy as substituent, R?1 and R2¿ may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl, cyclic aminoalkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl or, when taken together, R?1 and R2¿ represent a heterocyclic group together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, and R?3 and R4¿ may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen or lower alkyl. They have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic, anti-allergic, and antithrombotic affects, thus being useful as medicines.</p> |
