<p>PURPOSE:To prevent current from centralizing on concave portions in heating elements without a failure of the contact between heating portions and a thermosensible paper, by a method wherein good high-electric conductor films are provided to be fitted to meandering concave portions and the sheet resistance of the film is made below 1/50 of that of the heating element. CONSTITUTION:Concave portions 18 are identical to electrode layers 14 in thickness, and made of the similar good electric conductor material thereto. Good high-electric conductor films 20 having the sheet resistance of less than 1/50 of that of heating elements 10 are put on the concave portions 18 in the heating elements 10. With use of gold as the material for the good electric conductor, the films 20 can be formed approximately 1/10 of the electrode layers 14 in thickness, thus prevention of current centralization in the concave portions 18 is realized without a failure of good contact of the heating portions 16 against a thermosensible paper. In this case, it is preferable that the sheet resistance of the heating elements is set on 10 thru 30OMEGA/square and that of the good electric conductor films 20 applied thereon is set on 0.5 thru 0.1OMEGA/square. How ever, the sheet resistance value can be selectively set according to the design.</p> |
