PURPOSE:To accurately secure the dimensional difference of a second yoke and an iron core without receiving the influence of an adhesive, by adhering an outside yoke ring, a permanent magnet and the second yoke by an adhesive and introducing an inside yoke ring under pressure as a separate body while performing the positional determination of the iron core (the inner yoke ring) to the second yoke by the contact to a base stand. CONSTITUTION:A lower yoke 10 is constituted of an inside yoke ring 11 and an outside yoke ring 12 for internally inlaying said ring 11. The outside yoke ring 12, a ring shaped permanent magnet 18 and a ring shaped intermediate yoke 19 are respectively bonded preliminarily and integrally by an adhesive to form an integral body and placed at the predetermined position on a base stand 20 so as to direct the intermediate yoke 19 downwardly. The step between a ridge part 21 and a flat part 22 correspond to the dimensional difference between the leading end part of an iron core 17 and that of the intermediate yoke 19 and formed with high dimensional accuracy. |
