<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform well the titled bonding heretofore thought impossible, by forming a primer coat film of a resin containing a specified polar group on the surface of a PP resin, coating this surface with a room temperature curable silicone rubber composition and curing it. CONSTITUTION:A primer coat film of a polar group-containing resin comprising at least one polyolefin or polydiene resin containing 5-60wt% at least one polar group selected from among formula I , formula II, formula III, formula IV, hydroxyl group, formula V, and Cl (e.g., chlorinated polypropylene) is formed on the surface of a PP resin. A room temperature curable silicone rubber composition is applied to the above surface and cured. It is possible to perform well bonding between a PP resin and a room temperature silicone rubber composition, though such bonding was heretofore thought impossible.</p> |
