PURPOSE:To cope with a difference of power demand by delaying an input signal in accordance with a response time difference, which is generated by the difference of speed of response of plural operation parts, and outputting the delayed input signal to make it possible that phases of control of individual control object quantities coincide with one another. CONSTITUTION:If an output command signal (a) outputted from an output command oscillator 1 is increased at a time t1, a generator output set signal (b) is increased also up to a required value by a time t2. The signal (b) is inputted to a time delay element 26 and is outputted as a delay signal b' and becomes the required value at a time t3. Meanwhile, the signal b' is subtracted from the signal (b) by a subtractor 27 to output a difference signal (x). An adder 28 adds a delay fuel quantity signal m' and the signal (x) to output a fuel quantity command signal (m) without time delay. Meanwhile, the signal b' is inputted as the generator output set signal to a generated energy system of a turbine governor 10, and the generated energy, the quantity of feed water, and the quantity of air are controlled after a response difference time (t3-t2) by this control of the fuel quantity. |
