ASSEMBLING OF BOX STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of facility for carrying the ceiling frame by supporting a ceiling frame and floor frame in vertical state then jointing with four posts supported horizontally thereby reducting the size of facility and simplifying. CONSTITUTION:A rotary supporting body is rorated by 90 deg. through a hydraulic cylinder and rised to supported a ceiling frame 6 and beam 2 vertically. Then the rotary arm of post supporting mechanism is rotated to move a post 1 and rotate by 90 deg. in different direction thus to bring into parallel with beam 2, ceiling beam 4 and floor beam 7 to be inserted with each coupling 10. Then a horizontal movable table is travelled along a rail to move the post 1 horizontally thus to insert the end section of beam 2 into the leading edge section of coupling 10 while a vertical movable table is travelled along a rail to move the post 1 vertically. The end section of beam 2 is inserted deeply into the coupling 10 while the end sections of ceiling beam 4 and floor beam 7 are inserted into the coupling 10. Consequently, it is not required to carry the ceiling frame into high assembling space resulting in reduction of the size of facility and cost.
