METHOD FOR RECOVERING GASEOUS AND LIQUID FUEL BY DRY DISTILLATION OF WASTE TIRE, SCRAP RUBBER AND PLASTIC WASTE WHICH HAVE NO UTILITY VALUE

PURPOSE:To recover gaseous and liquid fuel, by directly igniting waste tire, scrap rubber and plastic waste placed in a dry distillation drum and either recovering generated gas as fuel or cooling it to form liquid fuel. CONSTITUTION:Waste tire, scrap rubber and plastic waste are charged in the main body 1 of a dry distillation drum and directly ignited to burn part of tire, etc and roast the remainder thereof. The resulting combustion gas is introduced through a pipe 6 into a water-cooled condenser 2 where the gas is cooled by cooling water fed from a cooling tower 4 and the resulting liquid is fed to an oil separator 3 to recover liquid fuel. The remainder of the combustion gas is introduced through an exhauster 7 into a boiler to burn completely.
