摘要 PURPOSE:To equalize the heat radiation characteristics of a heat pipe even when the heat radiation of plural electronic parts is made concurrently by a method in which a heat pipe is made up of a body and plurally divided evaporation sections separated from the body and the body is connected with each evaporation section by a deformable pipe. CONSTITUTION:Heat generated in electronic component parts 2 is transmitted to fine grooves 10 in the evaporation sections 8 of a heat pipe, where liquid is evaporated due to wetting of the fine grooves 10 with liquid film. The vapor generated then moves to the body of the heat pipe through the pipe 11 of a vapor path and further to a condensing section 5. Since the condensing section 5 is cooled by a heat-radiating fin 6, the vapor is condensed to liquid. The liquid is absorbed by the fine grooves 10 and moved through the fine grooves 10 and the pipe 12 of liquid path to the fine grooves 10 of the evaporating section 8 by capillary action, where the same cycle as in the former is repeated. Since the evaporating sections 8 can each work independently, the close contact of the evaporating sections 8 with the electronic parts 2 can be improved, and the heat- radiating characteristics of the parts 2 can be equalized.
