PURPOSE:To know exact soldering time by mounting a pair of electrodes to a holder for holding materials to be soldered of a conveying for soldering in proximity perpendicularly to the advancing direction and counting the conduction time by contact with the molten solder. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrodes 4 are mounted to a measuring plate 3 of a holder 2 for holding materials to be soldered of a conveyor for soldering in proximity perpendicularly to the advancing direction. When the electrodes 4 contact with the gushing solder 17 of a solder tank 15, electricity is conducted and the exact soldering time is known by counting the conduction time. The soldering time is known with high accuracy by the simple method, by which exact soldering is accomplished. |
