PURPOSE:To make the titled system highly reliable, rich in expandability and easily maintainable by constituting processing devices arranged on three-dimensional space uniformly using plural looped transmission lines, and making transmission controlling devices on each node entirely, uniform, and performing transmission and abnormality management without knowing conditions of the whole system and overall constitution of the system. CONSTITUTION:When an impediment occurs between nodes 23' and 24' and transmission becomes impossible, a small loop check signal generated from 23' and 24' does not return. When an arithmetic unit 1114 does not receive the small loop check signal given by itself after the lapse of fixed time T2 of a timer 1117, the samll loop check signal is sent again. In case of no return after resending N times, the arithmetic unit 1114 sets a plug to an abnormal state register 1118 to show that there is an impediment on the loop 2' judging that there is an impediment on the small loop 2'. On detecting impediment on the loop 2', nodes 23' and 24' report the result of detection. A node that received the result of detection, specifies that there is an impediment on the loop between nodes 23' and 23'.
