PURPOSE:To mass produce uneven ice cream having high degree of transformation and three-dimensional shape under high pressure, by molding ingot ice creams for various kinds of ice cream, using a joined mold corresponding to each kind of ice cream. CONSTITUTION:The ingot ice creams 2-5 for ice cream of various kinds with taking shapes of product into consideration, they are molded by the joined mold 10 having the dent parts 6-9 corresponding to the kinds under high pressure, to mold the products 11-14. Even if the degree of unevenness of the products 11- 14 is considerably high, an amount of transfer of an ingredient in the same sectional face is relatively small and molding is made easy in press molding by the joint mold.
