<p>The invention relates to a T- or pi - quadrupole network of resistor-capacitor type, forming attenuators, phase changers or variable reactances. This network operates in the microwave range and is constructed with circuits which are integrated on III-V materials. The network comprises impedances (Z1, Z2, Z3) mounted in series and in parallel between the inputs (1, 2) and the outputs (3, 4) of the quadrupole. These impedances are field-effect transistors (T1, T2, T3) or reverse-biased Shottky diodes (D1, D2, D3). The two voltages (V1, V2) for testing the serial and parallel impedances are delivered by a test circuit (5) which, on the basis of a single control voltage (Vd1) furnishes two complementary variable output voltages (V1, V2).
