PURPOSE:To increase the combustion amount adjusting ratio of the titled device and further to obtain the air-fuel ratio stability thereof without providing a large-sized apparatus by providing a pressure detector which generates step-like output signals in accordance with the difference between the pressure at the upstream side of an air throttling part and the pressure at the upstream side of a gas throttling part, and a pressure signal treating part, and controlling the supply hot water temperature and the air-fuel ratio so that the output signal thereof constantly assumes a level of zero. CONSTITUTION:The titled device comprises the pressure detector 22 comprising enclosed casings having a pressure guide tube for combustion air and fuel gas, a displacement detection movable part 35 which moves in correspondence to the movement of a diaphragm 28 due to the pressure difference PA-PG between the pressure PA of combustion air at the upstream side of the air throtling part and pressure PG of fuel gas at the upstream side of the gas throttling part, and a pair of displacement detection fixed parts 36 provided fixedly on respective enclosed casings. At a supply hot water port 20 of a hot water supplier is provided a thermistor 21 as a temperature detector. The output of the termistor 21 is compared with the set value of the temperature setter 24, and the rotational speed of a blower 10 is increased or decreased depending on positive or negative value of the comparison result.
