PURPOSE:To attain remarkable miniaturization of mounting by providing a resonator such as a microstrip line to the 1st plane of a circuit board, forming a common flat line comprising a ground section and a line section to the 2nd plane being a rear face and grounding one end of the said common flat line at the side corresponding to the side connected with a amplifier active element constituting the resonator and obtaining an oscillating signal from the other end. CONSTITUTION:The microstrip line resonator 2 is provided to the 1st plane of the board 1, and a line section 5 of a coplaner line is provided to a position of the rear side, that is, the 2nd plane opposite to a ground layer 3 and the resonator 2. Then both circuits are connected electrically by the electromagnetic distribution coupling between the microstrip line resonator 2 and the line section 5 of the coplaner line. |
