PURPOSE:Fungi in Polyporaceae and INDO AMACHA (a kind of Hydrangea serraba Seringe) are mixed, extracted under specific conditions, then the extract is combined with ascorbic acid, stood under certain conditions, insoluble substances are removed, the resultant solution is buttled and sterilized to give a health drink of good taste. CONSTITUTION:Fungi in Polyporaceae or their dried product and INDO AMACHA or its dried product are combined, stirred together with several times or more amounts of water under heating at 50-150 deg.C for several hours to obtain the extract. Then, the extract is combined with powders of l-ascorbic acid, citric acid and succinic acid and stood at such temperature as the extract does not rot. The insoluble substances formed are removed and the clear supernatant is bottled and sterilized to give the objective health drink.
