<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a device which is stable and exact for a long period by using a specified polymer for an insulating substrate of a plane coordinate input tablet. CONSTITUTION:A plane coordinate input tabvlet is formed by placing a pressure- sensible conductive sheet 12 between resistance sheets 11, 13 of the lower side and the upper side, and also superposing a protective sheet 14. A position coordinate of a pressure input point applied onto said each sheet is detected as an electric signal by X and Y electrodes 6X, 6Y. A resistance sheet 10 for forming this tablet is formed by an insulating substrate 4, a resistor layer 9 formed on said susbstrate, and a belt-shaped electrode 6 on two side edges opposed to each othr. In this case, as for the insulating substrate 4, a comparatively soft and elastic sheet consisting of a polymer whose tension elastic modulus is 1X10<3>- 20X10<3>kg/cm<2> is used. As for this polymer, for instance, polyamide, especially, nylon 6, nylon 66, etc. are suitable.</p> |
