PURPOSE:To constitute a heat transmission pipe with fins at a stretch, and to save man-hours and labors by inserting and fixing a projecting edge part of a metallic plate body fitted and inserted successively into a gap in a bend part by forming the projecting edge part, into a hollow pipe under strong pressure by using a compressor. CONSTITUTION:As for a metallic plate body 1 inserted first into a hollow pipe 3, the projecting edge part is welded and fixed at the tip part of the pipe 3, and thereafter, the projecting edge part of plural succeeding bodies 1 is fitted and inserted into the hollow pipe 3. A slow bend of a bend part (a) of the preceding body 1 exists in the back side, and there is some gap (c) between the outside circumferential surface of the hollow pipe 3 and the slow bend (a). A sharp part (b) of the projecting edge part of the succeeding body 1 is fitted and inserted into this gap (c) so as to be inserted. When a strong pressure is applied from the outside to the body 1 by a compressor around the hollow pipe 3 after a necessary number of sheets have been inserted, the sharp part (b) of each projecting edge part is inserted and fixed into the gap (c).
