Dietetic composition containing phospholipids, especially lecithin, characterized in that, in addition to the phospholipids, it contains free fatty acids and/or fatty oils, which have a high content of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid, as a homogeneous mixture, the content of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid totalling at least 50 % with respect to the total fatty acid content, and the concentration of phospholipid in the mixture amounts to approximately 5-45 %. |
