<p>1-(2-R2-5-R2-1-pyrrolyl) -1-R1-1-CONH2 omega-amino alkane derivs. of formula (I) and their salts with acids are new. In (I) R1 is H, 1-6C alkyl, phenyl or 2-pyridyl; R2 is H or 1-6C alkyl; R3 and R4 are 1-6C alkyl or cycloalkyl; or NR3R4 is a mono- or bicyclic amine radical opt. contg. a further heteroatom and opt. substd. (pref. pyrrolidyl, piperidyl, 2,6-dimethylpiperidyl, morpholinyl, piperazinyl or 1,4-diazabicyclo(4.3.0)-non-4-yl); n is 2 or 3. - (I) have antiarrhythmic and blood platelet aggregation inhibiting activity and can be used to protect the myocardiam, for correcting disorders in the ventricular rhythm of ischaemic origin and to treat disorders in platelet aggregation. Dose is 50-150 mg/day i.v. or 400-800 mg/day p.o.</p> |
