发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING TEMPERATURE IN FURNACE IN HOT HYDROSTATIC-PRESSURE APPLYING APPARATUS USING CLOSED-END PIPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the temperature in a furnace in a hot hydrostatic-pressure applying apparatus accurately, by utilizing an optical fiber, which is attached to the opening part of a closed-end pipe. CONSTITUTION:A closed-end pipe 5 is provided in a high-pressure container 1 of a hot hydrostatic-pressure applying HIP apparatus. The tip-end input part of an optical fiber 6 is attached to the opening part of the closed-end pipe 5 so as to receive thermally radiated light in a furnace. Then, the rear-end output part of the optical fiber 6 is taken out of the furnace through a lid 3 of the high-pressure container. A radiation thermometer 7 is connected to the output end part of the optical fiber 6, and thermally radiated power from the tip part of the closed-end pipe 5 is detected. In this way the temperature in the furnace is measured. Thus the temperature in the furnace in the hot hydrostatic-pressure applying apparatus can be measured accurately.
