PURPOSE:To stabilize operation in spite of the dispersion of production processes or temperature change by using an SBD for a word signal driving circuit and making the amplitude of a driving signal proportional to the forward voltage of the SBD. CONSTITUTION:A stable current source generating circuit is constituted of a resistor R3, a diode D1 and a SBD-D2. The potential of a word signal line is determined by the forward voltage of a driving TR Q1 and its amplitude is proportional to the forward voltage of the D2. |
