PURPOSE:To reduce the titled device at its size and cost and to collect foreign particles in a case completely and rapidly by setting up a conical dust filtering mechanism, arranging its outer periphery side adjacently to a magnetic disc and sealing its inner periphery side with cover. CONSTITUTION:The conical dust filtering mechanism 41 is constituted of a conical member 44 having an air inflow hole 43, a filter 42, etc. and fixed to the cover 18 of a sealing body 13. The outer periphery side is arranged close to the surface of the magnetic disc 11 so that the foreign particles do not flow backward and air containing foreign materials passes through the filter 42 completely, and the inner periphery side is sealed tightly with the cover 18 so that dust does not flow into the inner periphery side. In said constitution, the air passed from the outer periphery through the filter 42 passes through the disc 11 to form a self circulation air system. Consequently, the device can be reduced at its size and cost and the foreign particles in the sealing body can be collected completely and rapidly.
