<p>The continuous perch in a loft for racing pigeons, provides partitioned perches, thus eliminating fighting between the birds. The entire loft space from wall to wall can be used for perches. A square beam has spaced slots milled in the top surface transverse to the longitudinal centre line. Partitions are fitted into the slots. At 45 degrees to the two side surfaces of the beam, two slots are milled for panel insertion to form a roof. This enables several beams to be fitted above each other, thus avoiding droppings fouling the perches below.</p> |
