PURPOSE:To obtain a heated roll-fixable toner good in pulverizability, free from offensive odor, causing no offset trouble on the roll, and easily fixable to paper by using an epoxy resin having a specified epoxy equivalent for a base resin. CONSTITUTION:Since an epoxy resin has no odor and good pulverizability, the content of the epoxy resin is enhanced to 50-99wt% and an epoxy equivalent is raised to >=3,000. The epoxy resin, carbon black, and a nigrosine dye are kneaded, pulverized, and classified to obtain a toner. This toner causes no offset on a heated roll, and is well fixed to paper. |
