<p>Kneading/mixing machine which can be used for pork butchery in the meat and bakery industries. It consists of a hydraulic circuit combined with an electrical circuit for starting up a hydraulic motor 10 via a vertical electrical motor assembly 5 and pump 8, two distributors 21 and 28 and a contactor 27 in order to cause kneading by means of the blades 14 with the distributor 21 with the blocking cam 18 for tilting, by elevation, the head 11 of the frame of the machine. The distributor 28, via the external control 32, supplies fluid to the hydraulic cylinder 29 for turning-over of the trough 26, acting in combined form with the distributor 21 after lifting of the head 11 with extraction of the blades 14 from the inside of the trough.</p> |
