<p>The pH of the sap and the redox system of the plant itself is modified by use of implants or tablets of metal salts with acid hydrolysis, which are injected or implanted in the stem of the plant, dissolve in the sap and vary its pH, thus working on the redox equilibrium in the medium and in the plant tissue. The metal salts used are of iron or zinc, depending on the variety of vegetable matter, and the accompanying anion is sulphate, nitrate, acetate, citrate or tartrate, depending equally on the variety and the nutritional problem to be corrected.</p> |
