PURPOSE:To eliminate deviation in the axis center between upper and lower rotating shafts by providing a floating shaft between the rotating shafts to clamp a disc with the floating shaft and one of the rotating shafts. CONSTITUTION:A disc 26 is placed on a floating shaft 24 and then, when upper and lower rotating shafts 16 and 20 are lowered or lifted, conical engaging projections 18a and 20a respectively on a support element 18 of the shaft 16 and the shaft 20 are engaged with the upper and lower ends of the shaft 24. At the same time, the shaft 24 is isolated from a frame base 25 and the disc 26 is clamped with the shaft 24 and one the shafts 16 to eliminates deviation in the axis center of the shafts 16 and 20 through the shaft 24 in substance. This can prevent possible vibration at the clamp section at the high speed rotation due to the deviation in the axis center. |
