PURPOSE:To decrease a thermal load to a pressure detector, by forming a film comprising a material having excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and ductility as a sealing member on the bearing surface of a housing seat for a tool, to which the tool and a cylinder head are contacted. CONSTITUTION:A sealing member 6 is formed as a film by spraying an inexpensive metal material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and ductility, directly on the bearing surface 41 of a housing seat of a plug housing 4. At this time, in order to increase the bonding strength between the spraying metal and the bearing surface 41 of the housing seat, the bearing surface 41 of the seat is roughened by sand blasting or an annular groove is provided in a ring shape. The heat of the plug housing 4, which is received from burning gas, is transmitted to a cylinder head 9 through the sealing member 6. At this time, the bearing surface 41 of the plug housing and a sprayed surface 61 form a unitary body and the contact surface becomes large. Therefore heat transfer is performed excellently. Thus, the thermal load to the pressure detector can be alleviated. |
