PURPOSE:To improve a workability by winding the end of a coil which is preliminarily soldered by an insulating tape and then arranging it in a core for a transformer. CONSTITUTION:After the ends (hereinafter referred to as ''lead wirings'') 11A of a wound coil 11 are preliminarily soldered, they are placed longitudinally on an insulating tape 13 on a jig (not shown). Then, the tape 13 is bent by the jig to bond both ends 13a, 13b, and the ends are thermally press-bonded. The coil 11 is then disposed in an annular groove 24 formed on one surface of a magnetic unit 23 on a disc having a central hole, the lead wirings 11A are led from a leading slot 25 formed radially of the unit 23 to complete parts 20 for a rotary transformer. Thus, the wirings can be insulated in simple and rapid steps. |
