<p>A machine for pneumatic ejection of seed and fertilizers which is supported on the ground by wheels and comprises at least two storage tanks, separated from other, in the lower areas of which are arranged outlet apertures from which material located in the said storage tanks is introduced in adjustable amounts and with the aid of driveable metering elements into ejectors connected to pipelines and passes to the ground through further pipelines, the pipelines with injectors being connected, through at least one air duct, to at least one blower, the said pipelines extending in different lengths, at right angles to the direction of travel and comprising outflow apertures at their outer ends which are in spaced relationship to each other, the said outflow apertures extending, at least partly, into colters adapted to move in a vertical plane and arranged on at least one transverse carrier also adapted to move in a vertical plane. For the purpose of obtaining a compact machine of relatively short length for large operating widths, on the one hand having rows of colters arranged close together and, on the other hand, having the ability to eject various materials simultaneously, and also to deposit them at different locations, the lower parts of the storage tanks extend, with metering elements arranged in the vicinity of the outflow apertures at right angles to the direction of travel, at least two rows of ejectors running at right angles to the said direction of travel, being located in front of the wheels. According to another example of embodiment, another row of injectors runs, at right angles to the direction of travel, above the wheels.</p> |
