摘要 PURPOSE:To perform measurement reduced in the exchange frequency of a transparentizing solution, by coating a tape like support, which is coated with a specimen such as serum protein, with a transparentizing solution while immersing the support the transparentizing solution purified by the filter mounted to a recirculation route in a measuring part. CONSTITUTION:A movement passage 10 for moving a tape like support 6 coated with a specimen such as serum protein is formed and a driving and coating roller 11 is provided to the inlet of said passage 10 while a drive roller 8 is provided to the outlet thereof. A light source 3 for colorimetric analysis and a light receiving element 4 are opposedly arranged so as to interpose the transparent measuring part 2 formed on the way of the passage 10 therebetween and the output of the element 4 is inputted to a colorimetric analyser 9. A drain 12 for discharging a transparentizing solution 5 is formed to the part slightly downstream from the measuring part 2 and the liquid sump 13 provided under the drain 12 is connected to the liquid sump 15 provided under a roller 11 while the lower end of roller 11 is immersed in the transparentizing solution 5 in the liquid sump 15. A filter 16 is provided to the liquid sump 13 and the liquid level of the liquid sump 15 is controlled constantly by a recirculation pump 17. By this mechanism, measurement reduce in the exchange frequency of the transparentizing solution can be performed.
