发明名称 OFFCENTER MEASURING APPARATUS OF ROTARY MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve accuracy and efficiency in offcenter measurement, by attaching a probe to the main body of an apparatus, which is moved along the inner surface of a stationary body so that the probe is contacted on the surface of a rotary body and reciprocated freely, and detecting the fluctuation of the position of the probe by a position detector. CONSTITUTION:Rollers 17 in a groove and rollers 23 outside the groove are pushed to the flange part of the annular recessed groove 3 from the opposite directions to each other. The entire apparatus is held by the flange part and moved. Under this state, a tip part 13a of a probe 13, which is protruded to the side of a rotor shaft 1 from a main body 12, is pushed on the surface of the rotor shaft by a spring 28. The tip part 13a is linearly contacted with the surface and moved. When the size of a gap between the inner surface of an inner ring 2 of a nozzle diaphragm and the outer surface of the rotor shaft 1 is fluctuated, the probe 13 is moved back and forth. The amount of movement is taken out as an electric signal through a operating transformer core 31 and an operation transformer coil 29 of a position detector 14. Thus the accuracy and efficiency in offcenter measurement of the rotary machine can be improved.
