PURPOSE:To easily arrange a pipe to an evaporator and a condenser and form a compressor in a small size, by providing a suction port in a rear housing and fixing a rear cover to a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant in an evaporator arranged in a car room is supplied by the second hose to a suction port 51 formed in a rear head 44. The rear head 44 provides in its internal peripheral surface the first and the second boss parts 48, 49 so that they may be positioned to the inner than the peripheral surface of a cartridge 41, and a front head 31, the cartridge 41 and the first and the second boss parts 48, 49 are tightened together by a bolt housed in the cartridge 41 and the first boss part 48 and screwed into the front head 31.
