LIQUID BALANCING AND ADJUSTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To adjust a solution or dispersion with prescribed concentration by dispensing and balancing a powdery raw material precisely, and calculating the necessary amount of liquid and introduce it. CONSTITUTION:The cut gate 4-3 of a powdery raw material bottle 3-3 moved to a dispensation position by the rotation of a turntable driving motor 2 is opened by a pulse motor 5 to dispense the powdery raw material. An adjusting beaker 8-1 floats over a turntable 11 by the elevation of a balance 6 driven by an air cylinder 7 to weigh the dispensed powdery raw material. Consequently, the necessary amount of liquid for prescribed concentration is calculated and the liquid is injected into the adjusting beaker by a quantitative pumpe 13. The introduced liquid is stirred by a stirring element 9 driven by a magnetic stirrer 10 to adjust an uniform solution.
