An abnormal- times counting means 36 counts the number of times of non-conduction of the electromagnetic clutch 6 as the number of times of anomaly, and the temporary non-conduction means 39 is released after the lapse of a certain time, and the both numbers of revolution are compared again. if the state is normal, count is reset, and if the judgement is anomaly, counting is repeated, and when the value exceeds the standard count value of a standard-value setting means 37, the relay switch 15 is continuously set into opened state. |
