PURPOSE:To simplify the formation of a tape lead with high accuracy and to improve the attachment accuracy by unifying a cylinder containing a tape lead at its edge part to support and guide the lower edge of a tape with a chassis and at the same time setting a lower cylinder into said cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 7 is unified with a chassis 6 which is molded by aluminum die casting. A tape lead 7a having the same tilt as a conventional tape lead is formed at the edge part of the cylinder 7 to support the lower edge of a tape 5. Then a lower cylinder 2 made by aluminum die casting and having a uniform circumferential surface is pressed into the cylinder 7. Therefore the tape 5 is wound around the circumferential surface of upper and lower cylinders 1 and 2. At the same time, the tape 5 is supported by the tape lead 7a of the cylinder 7 at the lower end and then shifted.
