PURPOSE:To accurately control a rotating speed without adding a new mechanical element by combining a speed detection pulse signal from counterelectromotive force pulse signals of 2 phases and two position detection signals. CONSTITUTION:The voltages of the both ends of drive windings 4, 5 of 2 phases are converted by differential amplifiers 11, 12 into counterelectromotive force pulse signals to detect the position of a rotor 1 by position detectors 2, 3. A logic circuit 13 combines these counterelectromotive force pulse signals and a position detection pulse signal, and a flip-flop 14 is set or reset by the output of the circuit 13. A speed controller 9 compares a speed detection pulse signal from the flip-flop 14 with a reference pulse signal and outputs a speed error signal to a drive circuit 10. |
