PURPOSE:To keep pressing and a vacuum, and to manufacture a molded shape with few bubbles by interposing a joining block brought to a hermetic state between two tanks in which two liquids are mixed with each other, and an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Joining sections 13-15 for mixing two liquids having structure resisting pressure and a vacuum, a heater 19 and a heating medium 18 are mounted among two cylinders 3, 4 with pressure pumps 5, 6 and an injection nozzle 17 from which a mixed liquid in which the two liquids are mixed is injected. The whole is joined with an evacuated mold, and all paths except the cylinders 3, 4 are evacuated. Since all paths are evacuated, bubbles are not rolled in on the mixing of the two liquids, and a more uniform reaction curing material is obtained. There are few bubbles in a product to be acquired, and a molded shape having excellent curing molding characteristics is manufactured. |
