The invention relates to the fixing of insulating products. The insulating materials are fixed by means of fasteners 20 which have been previously placed on the insulated element. The insulating material 22 is pinned to the fasteners 20 which have a pointed end 5. The pinned insulating material 22 is then held by placing a plate 21 at the end of the fastener 20. The end 5 of the fastener is inserted into a coordinated slot in the plate 22 and the fixing is made stable by folding over the end 5 of the fastener. <IMAGE>
