PURPOSE:A fumigating agent composition, obtained by incorporating various agents, e.g. for repelling injurious insects, sterilizing and aromatizing, etc. with an evaporation medium consisting of hydroxylammonium oxalate, ascorbic acid and glucono-delta-lactone, and effective without thermal decomposition of the various agents. CONSTITUTION:A fumigating agent composition, obtained by incorporating various fumigating agents, e.g. not only insecticides but also germicides, repellents, herbicides, and other agricultural chemicals, with at least one evaporation medium selected from hydroxylammonium oxalate, ascorbic acid and glucono-delta- lactone, and capable of generating a gas under heating by thermal decomposition of the above-mentioned evaporation medium and volatilizing the above- mentioned fumigating agents effectively and rapidly without substantially decomposing thermally the fumigating agents and repelling injurious insects as was expected. EFFECT:Very slight irritating smell or smoke, very safe and simple without danger of fire. |
