<p>PURPOSE:To perform secure and excellent color separation even when light is convergent by providing color filter parts which differ in swell distance from photosensitive parts and equalizing their designed transmissivity including lens effect. CONSTITUTION:Numbers of photodiodes 51 as photosensitive parts are formed on the semiconductor substrate 50 of a solid-state image pickup device, and the top surface is coated with a base layer 52; and the 1st color filters Cy are formed thereupon, the 1st color filters Cy are formed further thereupon, and a protection film 53 covers the entirety. Then, the 2nd filters Ye are formed on the protection film 53. Thus, the color filter Ye and color filters Cy are laminated to form the 3rd color filter Gs. The respective filter parts Ye, Cy, and G are equalized in designed transmissivity and the respective filter parts are made equal in designed light transmissivity when lens operation is considered; other wavelength components are excluded and a color camera with good color reproduction is obtained.</p> |
