<p>PURPOSE:To economize space, to facilitate handling and to enhance reliability by connecting, with bonding wires and etc., the anode terminal of a dot array fluorescent tube and the output terminal for driving of IC chip that are installed on the same substrate. CONSTITUTION:A dot array fluorescent tube 1 and IC chips 31, 32, to drive the tube, are installed on a substrate 2 which is made of ceramic board and etc., and each one of anode lead terminals Li of the dot array tube 1 and each one of output terminals for driving IC chip are respectively connected with bonding wires 4. The above dot array fluorescent tube 1 has a substrate glass 10 and a face 11 that form a vacuum compartment in which cathode filaments 12, a fluophor 14i, and a transparent electrode 13 are enclosed and each one of anode terminals Li, Li+1... are connected with output terminals Di, Di+1... for driving of IC chip that are corresponding to the former with bonding wires 4. Thus, the product becomes compact, easy handling and, in addition, its reliability is increased.</p> |
